High-efficiency Extrusion System 
Equipped with a high-torque conical twin-screw extruder, it has strong plasticizing capacity, uniform material melting and high extrusion speed. The optimized screw barrel structure reduces material shear heat generation, avoids thermal decomposition of PVC materials, and ensures the physical and chemical properties of finished pipes.
Precise Sizing & Cooling 
The vacuum sizing tank with multi-section precise temperature control and high-pressure vacuum system realizes accurate sizing of pipe outer diameter. The combined cooling method of spray and immersion ensures rapid and uniform cooling of pipes, effectively preventing pipe deformation and improving the dimensional accuracy and surface finish of products.
Intelligent Automatic Control 
Adopting PLC touch screen integrated control system, the line can realize real-time display and precise adjustment of key parameters such as extrusion speed, temperature, vacuum degree and cutting length. It has functions of fault alarm, automatic shutdown and data storage, which is easy to operate and reduces the difficulty of manual operation and human error.
