PP PE film washing recycling machine is widely used for washing and recycling waste PE film and PP woven bags,non-woven bag. This line can separate muds, sands and other impurities from films and bags easily. The whole production line is automatic controlling, compact process. it can process capacity up to 1000 kg/h, the out products can be applied for granulation.

HORSERIDER PP PE washing plant is consist of the following components:

• Belt conveyor: For waste material feeding.
• Metal Detector: detects metal contamination that may remain in the plastic waste 
• Crusher: Wet crushing system,It used for material size reduction and pre-washing by water spraying from the top.
• Screw conveyor: For PP PE flakes transportion
• High speed Friction washer: could achieve a good cleaning effects through the blades on the beating and rub. 
• Hot Washing Tank/ steam washer:  hot washing process with alkaline (caustic) soda to remove glue and oil.

• Washing tank/ floating washer: For flakes floating washing and conveying.
• Horizontal dewatering machine( Dehydrator):This machine is mainly used for the drying of the pp pe flakes , it throw the water;
Horserider machinery * Squeezer machine: This machine is mainly used for the drying and granulating of the pp pe flakes , it throw the water less than 3%, instead of the dewatering machine and hot air drying machine in the recycling machine; it will be good for pelletizing line,and increase the capacity of pelletizer.

.The machine has a good drying effect and high energy efficiency. The paddle is made of high wear-resistant materials, can be
replaced more conveniently.

This equipment removes excess moisture from washed PP/PE film fragments. Using centrifugal force or mechanical pressing, it efficiently reduces water content in the soft plastics, ensuring the material meets dryness requirements for downstream steps (e.g., pelletizing) in the recycling workflow.
