Hauling off machine
Plastic punching machine
This machine consists of PVC trunking top cover/lids separator and automatic conveying mechanism and three side punching process and automatic collect stacker;
firstly, PVC trunking profile enter into fixed length cutting and after automatic conveying mechanism process, Top cover/lids of PVC trunking profile will be automatically seperated by the cover removal device ,then the PVC trunking profile will be pulled into three side punching head area and do slotting process . it will punching 10 side holes and two group of bottom holes each time.
After punching each time, the belt tractor will send to the fixed length and punched by the hydraulic punching system. The finish product will be dropped into the finished product stacking rack for packaging.
