Single screw extruder
Feature:
1.The transmission system adopts German's technology. Three bearings horizontal design, bearing, oiled lubrication,imported seal. The machine of transmission system adopts spring pin for overload protection and overflow protection, and the electric elements adopt overflow protection.
2.The Extruder die-head with working pressure sensor system.
3. The motor of extruder with high current protect system and low current project system.
4. The screw barrel with temperature control
protect system ,when the temperature of screw and barrel is not reach the requirement setting temperature ,the extruder can not start running.
Hydraulic screen changer
Feature:
Plate type model,non-stop change.screen Board made by 38CrMnAl with forging, heating treatment won't deform after heating using.
