Double Stage Wet film Recycling Machine / Plastic PE PP wet Film material Pelletizing Line
Applicable plastic materials: PP, LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, BOPP, etc.
Material shape: Woven bags, printed LDPE film (rolls, loose, bundled), agriculture film, foamed plastics and raffia, etc.
Note: depending on material property, various downstream equipment are available.
Advantage of double stage pelletizing:
1.this wet pelletizing machine suitable for dry and wet material ,for the wet material the moisture less than 35%,
2.If your film with little dirty,and do not want to buy washing line,you'd better choose the double stage line,
with two screen exchanger and granulating two time,will get good granule.
3.Two stage pelletizing can get good finally granule,with good plasticizing.
