Our new model crusher was designed for pe,pp, pet /hdpe bottle, suitable for the crushing of various large pipes, the output is up to 8-10 tons per hour, and we can improve the feeding method to adapt to other shapes broken material.It is better than the old model. Our PC series crushers are mainly used for the crushing of waste plastics, headstock, pipe waste, films, bottles, garbage bins,and other plastic sheets. The broken plastics can be recycled and used to make granules and pellets and produce other products.
 

1. Blade material: Using high-strength metal DC53, SKD11 as the material of the knife, the blade is sharp, the blade can be sharpening many times, and the life-span is long.
2. Blade structure: We have conducted long-term research and experiments based on different materials to provide the most suitable blade's structure and shape for each raw material to achieve the best crushing effect.
