Waste Recycling PE Plastic Granulator Machine

The waste recycling pe plastic granulator machine is designed and manufactured by MOOGE TECH, which is widely used for waste plastic LLDPE film, LDPE film, HDPE film, PE bags, PLA film, etc.
The material go through transmission system, extrusion system, cutting system, cooling system and collect system will turn to be clean perfect pellets for reuse.
You can choose double stage or single stage extruder according to the cleanliness of your material.
We can also design the layout into "L" or "U"according to customers' workshop and special requirement.

Compacting Force Feeder
Function: With high rotary speed will further cutting the material and compress the material into the extruder.
1. With rotary and fixed blades complete one set inside the compactor for better cutting effect.
2. With water cooling system for the compactor base.
3. The compactor where touched plastic material are all made by stainless steel.


Single Screw Extruder
Function: Plasticizing material with high temperature.
1. Screw extruder is made by sturdy frame, heavy. No vibrating when machine running.
2. The whole frame where installed the gearbox, motor and screw has done the milling working.
3. With force lubrication system and cooling system.


Hydraulic Change Screen
Function: Filtering material impurity.
1. Double position board model.
2. Board made by 38CrMnAl with forging, heating treatment won't deform after heating using.
3. With hydraulic pump station and air accumulator to ensure the screen changing fast.



Die Face Cutting/Water-ring Cutting
Function: Cutting pellets with high speed rotation.
1. Two different types, one is horizontal die-face cutter, another is vertical die-face cutter.
2. Cutting speed adjust by invertor.Invertor is famous brand DELTA of Taiwan
3. Die head made by: 38CrMnAlA with nitriding treatment


Dewatering Machine
Function: remove out water from the material.
1. Rotor and cover made by stainless steel SUS 304.
2. Inside rotor is special design as hexagon with better effect.
3. Machine bottom have one waste water collecting tank with filtering mesh to clean the water before drain.
