Auxiliary machine for plastic granulator line

Plastic agglomerator is one of auxiliary machines for plastic granulator line, especially for pp pe raffia, film, woven/jumbobags, textile, fabric etc. which can increase its granulating capacity can improve the efficiency of your granulator line in some extent.

Agglomerator is a kind of waste thermoplastic film and wall thickness of less than 2 mm products for direct granulation equipment

The agglomerate /granulator (Agglomerator) is used for densify LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP, PET, BOPP film and bags.

 

Process:

1. After the waste is put into the machine pot body, the material is quickly cut into pieces by the shear action of the high speed rotating blade and fixed blade. 

2. The chopped material or piece flows along the wall of the pot body under the action of centrifugal force of the rotary blade plate, and the material is turned up and down by the action of the pulp, and moves from around to the center of the pot body. 

3. Because under the high speed friction between the material itself as well as with the pot wall friction and blades produces a large amount of frictional heat, the material temperature rising rapidly reaching half plasticizing state, adhesion into small pieces, each other in front of the material to agglomerate. All will be prepared in advance of quantitative water spray into the material, cold hot material, rapid gasification, take away the material surface heat.

4. In this way, the surface of the material is cooled sharply to prevent agglomeration, and then the crushing action between the rotating blade and the fixed blade makes it chopped into particles (uneven and irregular particles). 

5. During the shredding process, appropriate pigments can also be added as needed for coloring.
